Most homes within the UK qualify…

Home insulation grant as part of government schemes to improve energy efficiency and reduce carbon emissions. Cavity wall and loft insulation are among the most effective ways to reduce heat loss in your home and consequently reduce your energy bills. An average of 35% of heat is lost through uninsulated cavity walls and 25% through uninsulated lofts.

The Energy Saving Trust’s latest figures (2017) indicate that you could save up to £450 per year on your heating bills by insulating your home.

In a small percentage of cases, the value of the insulation grant may not cover the entire cost of the work. If this is the case you will be asked for a contribution, but this is often a small percentage of the overall amount and will soon be recuperated in the savings you make on your energy bills. Any contribution is calculated and told to you before you agree to proceed. With energy costs rising year on year there’s no better time to act!

Solar Electricity brings similar benefits in the form of reduced energy bills! Alongside this you will receive tax free incentives for generating your own energy. Although there are no Government grants towards the installation cost, we can offer a wide range of finance solutions tailored to your needs. Contact us to find out more.
